Use the Forgot password option on the sign-in page and follow the reset instructions sent to your email.
We currently offer three plans: Free, Pro, and Pro+. You can also top up your prepaid balance at any time and use it to activate a plan.

You can add funds to your Textcore AI account and use the balance to activate or change plans. There are no automatic renewals — all payments are manual and transparent.
All card payments are processed securely through our payment processor. Textcore AI does not store card numbers or CVV codes. There are no automatic recurring charges. You decide when to pay.
Subscriptions are prepaid and do not renew automatically. To stop using a paid plan, go to Dashboard → Plans & Billing and switch to the Free plan. After your current period ends, the free tier will apply.
Refunds may be issued only in specific cases such as technical failures, duplicate payments or billing errors.
