Textcore AI provides instant digital delivery for all prepaid balances and subscription plans. Once the payment is successfully completed and the transaction is confirmed, access to your plan, balance and AI tools is granted automatically in your account.
Activation normally occurs within a few seconds after the transaction is processed by our payment provider. In rare cases where activation does not apply instantly due to technical issues, our support team will verify the payment and manually activate your purchase as soon as possible.
All services are delivered digitally through your Textcore AI account dashboard. No physical products are shipped and no postal delivery is involved. You can access your tools and available balance by signing in with your registered email address.
When you add funds to your account or activate a subscription plan, the corresponding balance and plan limits are reflected directly inside your user profile. You can then use this balance to activate or change plans and to generate content within the limits of your active subscription.
There are no automatic renewals or background charges. Any new payment or balance top up must be initiated manually by you through the Textcore AI interface.
Charges will appear on your bank or card statement as: TEXTCORE*AI. In some cases the descriptor may include the name of our payment processor or additional technical codes used by your bank.
