Textcore AI Legal Refund Policy
1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued for purchases made on Textcore AI (“the Service”), operated by INNOVA MARKETING OU LTD. All services are delivered digitally and become accessible immediately after purchase.

2. Digital Delivery and Instant Access

All payments provide instant access to digital tools including AI generations and prepaid subscription plans. Because the service is fully digital, access is considered delivered when features become available in your account.

Digital services are considered consumed once access is granted. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued for used or partially used digital services.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

  • A confirmed technical failure preventing access to purchased features.
  • An accidental duplicate payment (same user, same timestamp, same amount).
  • A billing error caused by our payment processor.
  • Fraudulent activity confirmed by our verification team.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after this period cannot be processed.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Used AI generations or partially used subscription periods.
  • Subscription plan upgrades after activation.
  • Balance top-ups after credits are added to the account.
  • Refund requests based on change of mind or lack of future need for the service.

All digital purchases are final once access to the relevant features has been granted.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Textcore AI operates on a prepaid balance model. This means:

  • No automatic recurring charges are made.
  • Renewals and new purchases require manual action from the user.
  • Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund unused time.

Unused time on prepaid plans is non-refundable. Plans can be cancelled anytime via Dashboard → Plans & Billing.

6. Prepaid Account Balance

Funds added to your Textcore AI account as prepaid balance are intended to be used for activating subscription plans and accessing paid features within the Service.

Prepaid balance is generally non-refundable once credited to the account, especially if any portion of it has been used to activate services or generate content.

In exceptional cases, a refund of unused prepaid balance may be considered, for example:

  • An accidental duplicate payment.
  • A confirmed billing error by our payment processor.
  • No services or features have been used after the balance was added, and the request is submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

Each case is reviewed individually and may require supporting documentation.

7. Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, the account may be suspended to prevent fraudulent or abusive use. We strongly encourage resolving disputes directly through our support team before involving your bank or card issuer.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email:

Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
