Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

1. Introduction

This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) is an addendum to the Terms of Service for Textcore AI, a digital product provided by INNOVA MARKETING OU LTD and accessible via the domain textcore.io. This DPA applies when the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) or similar data protection laws apply to your use of our services.

2. Definitions

• Controller: You, the user, who determines the purpose of processing.
• Processor: Textcore AI, which processes data on your behalf.
• Data Subject: The individual whose data is being processed.

3. Subject Matter

The subject matter of processing is limited to personal data provided via the use of our services, including name, email, IP address, and user-generated content.

4. Duration

This DPA remains in effect as long as you use Textcore AI and until deletion of all personal data as per your request or inactivity.

5. Obligations of the Processor

• Process data only under documented instructions.
• Implement technical and organizational measures for data security.
• Ensure confidentiality through staff obligations.
• Assist the controller with data subject rights and compliance.

6. Subprocessors

We may use subprocessors (e.g., cloud hosting, email services). A list is available upon request. All subprocessors are contractually bound by data protection terms.

7. International Transfers

If data is transferred outside the EEA, it is done in accordance with GDPR-approved mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

8. Data Subject Requests

We assist in responding to requests from data subjects, including access, correction, or deletion of data.
