End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Textcore AI (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is a digital product provided by INNOVA MARKETING OU LTD and is accessible via the domain textcore.io. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our services and software for personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with this agreement.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Textcore AI platform, including its software, designs, algorithms, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of INNOVA MARKETING OU LTD. This license grants you no ownership rights in any component of the Site.

3. Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the platform.
• Use of the service must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Access may not be shared with unauthorized users or third parties.

4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted under this EULA will cease immediately.

5. No Warranty

The services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Textcore AI shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the services, including lost profits, lost data, or other incidental or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where INNOVA MARKETING OU LTD is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of this jurisdiction.
